We provide professional assistance in processing passports and travel-related documentation. Our role is to guide, prepare, and facilitate the submission of your applications.
Please note: We are not a government agency but have only affiliation with the most government officials and embassies in place, We have no affiliation with government authorities, unless explicitly stated. We operate strictly as an independent facilitation service provider.
2. Client Obligations
2.1 Disclosure of Criminal Record
Clients must truthfully disclose any existing criminal record prior to initiating document processing. Depending on the legal background, additional requirements or restrictions may apply.
Failure to disclose this information may result in:

Cancellation of services

Termination of the process without refund
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Payment Structure

An initial deposit is required once you submit your application details.

The remaining balance must be paid once proof of processing is provided (e.g., preview samples, verification confirmations).

Final delivery of documents will only occur after full payment is received.
3.2 Installment Payments
We allow flexible installment options under these conditions:

Payments must be completed within 5 months from the initial deposit date.

If full payment is not received within 5 months, the service may be canceled, and no refund will be issued.
4. Payment Responsibility
4.1 Correct Payment Details
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure payments are sent only to our officially provided payment channels.

We are not liable for funds sent to the wrong account, crypto wallet, or unauthorized third party.

Always confirm payment details with our support team before transferring money.
4.2 Third-Party Payments
We do not take responsibility for:

Payments made to other agencies or intermediaries

Loss of funds due to engaging multiple service providers simultaneously
Refunds will not be provided for money lost to external entities or middlemen.
5. Document Delivery & Responsibility
Once your documents are finalized and dispatched:

You will receive a tracking code to monitor the shipment.

Our responsibility ends at the point of shipment. We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage during or after delivery.

Clients must provide an accurate delivery address and ensure any applicable courier or service fees are paid on time.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for accuracy and timely processing, we cannot be held responsible for:

Government delays, rejections, or policy changes beyond our control

Incorrect information provided by clients

Missed deadlines due to late submission of required documents
